Core Re-Program!

I am so excited to bring to you this program! Women find it challenging to shape and tone the abs. Sometimes that is due to a little bit of lingering diastasis and sometimes it is because the current regimen isn't designed to give you the results you desire! As a mama of 3, I too had the desire to make my core LOOK and feel better! This program is designed to heal, reprogram, reshape, strengthen and tone ALL of the abdominals!!

Throughout this journey, you will watch your body physically transform and you will also likely notice that any little back pains or shoulder pains start to diminish or disappear! The core is at play in all of our daily movements and it is so important to create a strong functional center of your being!

How the program works:

Weeks 1 & 3 are all new exercises. We will take time to break them down and you will learn how to set yourself up well for optimal results. There will be a strong focus on position and breath. These weeks, with the exception of the first day, you will only go through the exercises 2x.

Weeks 2 & 4, the exercises will be familiar so we will cruise through them! We will pick up the pace & increase the volume for maximum benefit!

When you purchase this program, you own it!! Upon completion, I recommend adding weeks 2 & 4 to your repertoire to keep up all of the good work you have accomplished going!

What you need:

A mat.

A yoga bolster or a big beach or bath towel.

A foam yoga block.

Space at a wall.
