Hi, I'm Karly. I'm a pelvic floor and core specialist — and I know firsthand that these deep foundational muscles are the key to the strong, lean, confident body most women are searching for.

I didn't build the KT Method from a textbook. I built it because I needed it. After healing my own pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, and debilitating back pain — without surgery — I realized the fitness world was missing something essential: a whole-body approach that fixes dysfunction and builds the body of your dreams at the same time.

After experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction myself following three pregnancies, I turned my personal struggle into a mission of healing, empowerment, and transformation. With decades of fitness expertise behind me, I developed a proven, science-based approach to pelvic floor and core strength that truly works—because I've lived it.

In a world flooded with conflicting advice about women's bodies, I created a plan that combines the best of Pilates, Yoga, Strength + Agility Training informed by principles from Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), and trauma-informed movement to completely heal myself of total pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence and debilitating low back pain, WITHOUT surgeries. What sets this program apart from everything else is my real-life understanding—I've been there, I have lived it and I know what it takes to heal and thrive.
