Hi! I’m Karly Treacy — pelvic floor and core specialist, mama of three, lifelong athlete, and the creator of the KT Method.  I’ve spent 30+ years in the movement world. I hold a B.S. in Human Development and certifications in PRI (Postural Restoration Institute), DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization), Pilates, Yoga, Barre and Personal Training. I’ve been featured in Shape, PopSugar, Yoga Journal, and Pregnancy & Newborn.  But the thing that actually qualifies me to do this work? I’ve been where you are.

my story:

After three pregnancies, my body fell apart. Pelvic multiple organ prolapse. Incontinence. Debilitating back pain. I was a fitness professional who couldn’t sneeze without leaking. I definitely couldn’t run or jump. Doctors told me surgery was my only option. I refused to accept that.  I went looking for answers and was introduced to PRI (Postural Restoration Institute) and DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) — clinical frameworks used by elite physical therapists that most personal trainers have never even heard of. They explained everything my doctors couldn’t. I rebuilt myself from the inside out — no pelvic organ surgery, one step at a time.  Then I realized: This dysfunction began in my youth and if I didn’t know this, and I have multiple certifications and consider myself a “body nerd”, how would any other woman know? That’s why I created the KT Method. And that’s why I wrote the book.

my approach:

The KT Method isn’t just exercise. It’s a whole-body system that combines the best of PRI, DNS, Pilates, yoga, strength training, and breathwork into one cohesive approach.  I look at how your body is actually functioning — not just the symptom. Your posture, your breath, your movement patterns, your nervous system. When we fix the foundation, everything else follows: a flatter belly, a stronger core, no more leaking, no more pain.  This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about rebuilding your body in a way that lasts.
