REPETITION + CONSISTENCY are the keys to reprogramming the body!

 There are 8 videos in this program. 1 for each week. You are meant to repeat each week’s video 4-5x (or more) over the course of that week. Again repetition and consistency are key to healing and transforming the body!

  •  The first 2 weeks are slow and controlled ON PURPOSE. They are meant to detoxify the body and unwind dysfunctional patterns that lead to the pelvic floor dysfunction and related symptoms.

  •  The following 3 weeks are a workout that wakes up the muscle that have been hibernating/bypassed/shut down that allowed for the dysfunctional patterns to set in.

  •  The last 3 weeks are all strengthening your new healthy, fit patterns!

I recommend upon completion to continue the exercises from the last 3 weeks (you can do a video or just pick and choose some of the exercises from the videos) 1-2x/week to keep all of your good work going!
